On the final day of Toronto Fashion Week, I had to put together an outfit which was also temperature wise. Luckily it was sunny (which means that I didn’t had to hide under an umbrella) but still quite chilly and windy, so light winter coat was required.

I went to a shopping spree few days before Toronto Fashion Week, and I saw this stripe wrap skirts from Topshop on the mannequin. I knew for sure that the skirt with the outstanding colours will be part of my fashion week closet, without even trying it on. I had that female intuition that this piece is just what I needed for fashion week and also after…
I paired it with velvet top that become a major trend for the cold season, there is something vampy yet vintagey about this fabric, but with the vivid yellow and green shades of the skirt I created a cool contrast. I finished the look with lace up shoes and an a camel coat.
