Slip dress can be worn in so many different ways and therefore it’s one of my favourite trend. Needless to say that I am a big fan of layering, especially during the freezing winter. Even so, I must say that recently the weather became quite mild in Toronto, which is great!!!
Since slip dress is an easy piece that can take you from winter to spring and from day to night, there is no doubt that it’s a must have piece in every fashionista’s closet. The luxurious fabric is versatile, feminine yet edgy.
To balance the lingerie inspired fabric, I wore it with a knitted turtleneck, the shiny and soft material looks perfect with cozy textures as chunky sweater or turtleneck. I finished the look with statement necklace from Cos and gold bracelet from Topaz. These red boots are also great way to add a fun statement to the entire look.
in my opinion, all the little details define your own personal style and distinguish yourself from others. At least, this is my way to embrace my own individuality throughout fashion.

The perfect coverup for late fall is the oversized wool jacket.
This is the time of year that you need to bundle up, but the common concern is how to add layers without feel bulky. Believe it or not, I really think that there are some creative tricks that will help you brave the cold in style, like choosing a light weight coat that will not add any volume to your look and will easily be removed if you heat up. Other way is playing with proportions, for example, wearing a long coat, a fitted knit with a cutting-edge detailing and a body-skimming pants with unique details or textures like these cute ruffles in the bottom. The three pieces complement each other perfectly and bring some edginess to classic layers look.
I took advantage of the decent temperatures and paired it with a lace up shoes. Even so I love boots, I am still not ready to wear them yet…

It’s no secret that 90s trend are having a major comeback this fall-winter. The revival of the Grunge and the minimalism trends have been seen everywhere included in my own closet, and I am not complaining. From slip dresses to Dr Martens boots, plaid shirts or chokers, I love them all, but I can’t denied it, chokers become my biggest obsession. It complete the look with a cool attitude and also adds a little sexy touch to the neck area. This double crossed chokers made by Ettika and also available at Free People, brings some of this ’90s style. I totally think it’s a must have piece since it’s easy to match with any fall look and it’s also come in variety of colours.
To channel the 90s look, I paired it with a slip dress worn over a sheer black top and finished the look with pair of heels and a fancy clutch. This is an easy way to elevate a simple look for a night out.

As a teenage girl during the ‘90s, I defiantly remember all these slip dresses that were a big trend. It girls back then as spice girls, Brenda from Beverly Hills 90210 and Alicia Silverstone were all wearing this dresses over a T shirt. Now more then ever, this trend is making its’ way back and I could not be happier. The silky bandage dress over a shirt evoke the cool grunge vibe, but in the same time it creates a put together, classy look.
I wore my Topshop slip dress with a basic black shirt underneath and pair it with furry loafers, my new obsession from Zara.
The black tee gives it a casual chic twist which also match perfectly to the early days of fall, but you can wear it with in varieties way, like coloured tees or patterns ones, with ankle boots or sneakers. This is what I love about this slip dress it’s a must have timeless piece.

I recently came across with an online brand which carry high quality jewelry called Moonstone Magic, they are known for their unique and magical moonstone. Moonstone jewelry makes a great addition to your wardrobe, each polished stone in the collection has an amazing light reflection that actually pick up the colour of the outfit you are wearing.
I fell in love with this Pointing Edge Moonstone Pendant. Beside the fact that I love the drop shape of this moonstone pendant, This beautiful crystal has a powerful vibration which showcases a play of light that redolent the shifting of crescent to the lapsing faces of the moon. Also this stone brings sense of enlightenment to the wearer .
This magic moonstone is so versatile and match perfectly with every single piece in my closet. For a casual and effortless look I wore it with a denim jumpsuit and off the shoulder top in blue.

Summer is in full swing in Toronto, in the last few days it’s becoming crazy hot and humid in here, although I know that I shouldn’t complain about the weather. Being outside with a heavy bulky coat and chunky boots during the cold winter season is definitely more annoying (and less stylish) then wearing a light weight summer dress, when you fully exposed to the blazing sun on these days when the humidity is too high.
The warm temps along with the holiday atmosphere, elevate my desire for an exotic getaway, which I can’t afford right now. My dreamy vacation on an romantic island will postpone to another time. Meanwhile, I will cheer myself up with the summer sale that is already started. Zara here I come….
To beat the summer heat, I was wearing off the shoulder top with a flowy white skirt and a colourful strap heels, that added a fresh and playful touch.

Fall has officially arrived in Toronto. The spectacular display of colour and the way the leaves cover the ground, make me accept the fact that the summer has gone. Now it’s the perfect time to add extra layers, wear cozy sweaters and light coat, and enjoying the romantic mood that the atmosphere will put you in…
It is summer in the city and the perfect time for skin baring looks, which mean extra time in the gym…
These pictures were taken a while ago (around May). Somehow I didn’t publish them yet on my blog… I guess I was not completely sure these pants are flattering me.
