One of the biggest street style is the military jacket, which have been seen everywhere. Since it’s still chilly outside, the army topper is the perfect solution. Its light and create a cool attitude, that is all about not trying so hard kind of way. I decided to wear it with unexpected elements, that evoke a fashion forward feeling.
I Choose a jacket with colourful patches to create a seriously fun turn and paired it with a tulle dress and a bomber jacket. Currently I am so fascinated over the see through pieces, especially when it comes to skirts and dresses, as it’s blurring the line between casual day look to a fancy apparel.
It’s tricky to put all these pieces, along with the unique sleeves and the lips clutch, together in one outfit, but I am willing to take the chance, because that what will set you apart from the crowd (hopefully in a good way :))

There is nothing like a wooly oversized sweater to warm up the cooler month, so when I saw this sweater from French Connection, I knew I will be living in it all winter long. I love the texture and the soft wool, which is so comfy. True to be told, I can’t wear a sweater that itches even if it a good looking one. I happen to have few knits that I barely wore because I couldn’t stand the feeling of them, when it touched my skin.
To balance the oversized silhouette and to add some edginess to my look, I paired it with skinny jeans, that have these fringe details in the bottom. These sneakers with the high top cut are a cool alternative to ankle boots and they provide maximum comfort.

2016 is defiantly the year of the bomber jacket. The trend that started in the streets is here to stay, at least for another season. As a bomber lover, needless to say how exciting I am about updating my wardrobe with more versions of this cool jacket.
That’s why I was so happy to collaborate with StyleWE, an online fashion brand that carries wide selection of stylish clothing featuring independent fashion designers, including endless verity of bombers that can match every woman’s lifestyle. The fashion forward pieces along with the high quality products is just irresistible. While looking through their collections I saw this statement piece, a blue colour block bomber jacket , which I knew right away that this is the one. A timeless staple piece that also can elevate a casual outfit to fashionable one. I totally think that this classy bomber can complete any look by adding some dimension with a touch of coolness to your outfit.

While bomber jacket and pleated skirt are two of my favourite pieces during the fall season, I developed another obsession to velvet. The luxury fabric has been spotted everywhere from the runway to the streets and there are many style to chose from, dresses, suiting, skirts, and even bags and shoes. At first glance the pleated velvet skirt may seems like impossible to pull off, but the feminine silhouette and the rich hue are very flattering and really make the outfit pop , especially when pairing it with a bomber jacket or oversized sweater and simple accessories for a polished look.
Even so Velvet is a statement piece, there are many styles to chose from, so you can actually wear it from day to night depending on your accessories and your own personal style. I decided to team my velvet accordion pleats with an embroidered bomber jacket and a pair of white shoes. I think it’s the perfect way to balances between soft femininity and sporty edge.

Because I am terrified of the Canadian winter, I don’t really taking the time to appreciate the charming autumn. The short fall followed by an endless winter is probably the main reason, but there is no doubt that the fall is the most beautiful season, the crisp leaves and the changes of colours around creates this wonderful romantic scene.
It’s quite warm here, so luckily I can still worn easy breezy dresses (I guess it’s not for long…). I love this dress because there is something so relaxed, yet the tailored details gives it a classy- pull together feel. I paired it with burgundy booties and light trench coat.

One of my favourite thing about fall is layers. The feel of crisp chill in the air and the earthy colours of the autumn leaves evoke the needs of refreshing the wardrobe with new pieces that scream fall like cozy sweater, leather pieces or rich fabrics like velvet The key is smart layering, pieces that not only keeps you warm, but also makes any outfit more unique and fashionble. The first step is own some basic shirts in neutral colours, which will blend perfectly with any other fall items.
The silver biker jacket is the star of this season. The metallic trend is hotter then ever, plus it’s a must have fall piece since it can work with any style. I paired it with striped maxi skirt and burgundy ankle boots in order to create the ultimate fall look.

Fall is all about adding a cozy touch your wardrobe and oversized sweater is one of these pieces that scream fall. Every women needs to own a chunky sweaters that she will want to live in all season long. To create the perfect transition from summer to fall, you can pair it with a flowy lady-like skirt. I really love this contrast of the thick sweater and the airy material of the skirt.
This accordion-pleat skirt in millennial pink has lots of movement which I totally adore. I paired it with with snakeskin ankle boots and boxy clutch. To add an elegant edge, but my outfit can’t be completed without this timeless piece. the classic black leather and rose gold watch from Daniel Wellington . This is obviously a wardrobe staples that will add a luxury touch to anything you are wearing.

With all the joy and happiness that summer evokes, there is something that can be quite annoying for all the fashionistas out there. How to make a statement look and express your own individuality, When it’s so hot and humid outside.
Quite often I find myself tending to wear the same denim short and a breezy light shirt, for braving the hot temperature.
But I do believe that there are creative ways to pull off summer look without looking scruffy. Thinking out of the box, and literally don’t be not afraid to sweat a bit….
Mix of prints:
I decided to wear this gingham boxy fit top with a tile printed skirt in a soft and airy breathable garment. The boxy top and the flowy skirt create the perfect balance. The one print on top and a different one on bottom is also a great way to create an optical illusion and flattering your body, and of course it’s a great way to make a stylish statement, without putting too much efforts in to it.
For bohemian touch, I added a fringe bag and gladiator strappy gladiator sandals.

I can’t believe fashion week is already over, time goes by so fast, when you are having fun! Even so, it was a crazy week, I had such an amazing time, and I met so many fabulous and fashionable people. It’s defiantly the most wonderful time of the year in Toronto. This season, World Master Card Fashion Week brought new faces and returning designers, which made it even more exciting for me.
Shopping for Toronto Fashion Week was quite challenging. My goal was to find outstanding pieces, which will suit the chilly days of fall and boost my street style outfit. The weather in October start to cool down, but still there are some warm days, which doesn’t require a coat.
My outfit for Toronto Fashion Week in day 1
For day 1, I decided to wear a velvet dress with no sleeves and an oversized knit jacket on top, sexy red heels and cherry cross-body bag. What I love about this look is the contrast between the oversized cozy jacket and the fitted dress, and also that fringe details, which capturing the movement of the dress while walking. The cheerful cherry prints brings fun and playful element to the whole outfit, and this is what Fashion Week is all about, having fun.
