Rainy day in Montreal

last weekend I celebrate my husband’s birthday in Montreal. The weather wad gloomy and wet but it didn’t spoil our amazing vacation. I always love to be in Montreal, It’s the only place that combines the chic of  European cities with the modern  and connivence life that characterizes the big American cities. Shopping of course was part of my plan… I ended up buying in Mango. You can guess how excited I was, when I  found out that there is one store left in Montreal  (unfortunately they closed all the stores in Toronto).

Garden party

After a long and harsh winter, I am feeling the urge to look feminine then ever, and what is more feminine then wearing a big floral print. This Zara jacket draw my attention, The standout floral prints can easily be wear from day till night (in my case it will be more day then night 🙂 ).  The breezy feel of the white shirt perfectly matched my springy mood. I love the delicate lace details, which give this everyday tee a ladylike update.

The vibrant floral prints are a wonderful  excuse to celebrate the spring in style. surrounding by this beautiful green Garden in a full bloom…

Fresh Touch

Luckily in Israel I could wear a lot of skirts, which I could not do in Toronto, because of the weather ( I like to wear skirts with bare legs). So here is what I wore for a relaxed weekend with my friends.

Spring has arrived

Spring is finally arrives in Toronto, so I decided to celebrate it with vivid and bright colours. My BCBG fuchsia jacket goes very well with the powder pink peplum top. I love the pop of bright pink and the combination between masculine and feminine elements (the boyfriend jeans and the sweet top).

Relaxed day

The Toronto fashion week is over. It was absolutely incredible being there and taking part of all the fashion celebrations. Now that I got back to my real life and I have more time to spend with my family, my outfit is more relaxed and casual, But even with a sneakers and loose fit pants, you can still look stylish and trendy. I love the pastels and I feel like I can’t get enough of them. Hope they will bring the spring…

Confessions of a shopaholic

I have a shopaholic confession to make, last Friday I went to Eaton Centre for body pump class, my favorite workout . But with all the respect to body pump, shopping is still my first priority whem it’s come to sport activity. Therefore I found myself wandering through the fashion retail stores, trying to avoid any unnecessary item, but then I saw the big sign on the display window of French Connection: forty percent of the entire store for only three days. Of course that at that moment I completely forgot everything I reminded myself again and again a few minutes earlier. I felt like I have to buy an item or two from the wonderful spring-summer collection. I fell in love at first sight with a high waisted trousers. I do not know what attracted me the most, the pastels colour, the floral prints that looks more like an abstract paint or the high waisted chic pants. It was probably the combination of all together … I didn’t let those pants to slip from my hands. I went directly to the fitting room, just to make sure I chose the right size. This is certainly the beginning of a beautiful and fashionable relationship.

In order to give the pants most of the focus, I wore it with a blue knit top from Urban Outfitters and wedge sandals that were purchased last year from Nine west. The colour scheme I chose was harmonic and it was suit perfectly to a relaxed weekend. Related accessories are also contributing to complete the outfit: ice coffee in one hand and the I Pad (I bought as a gift to my husband’s birthday) in the other hand.

springtime pastels

Light yellow, blush pink, Icy blue and mint green are the colours of  the spring . Those pastel colours are so soft and airy,so it’s almost impossible not to fall in love with them. Yesterday When I choose this outfit, I felt like this is my own statement that the spring is in the air and is not going anywhere!  The pastel colours create a childlike, sweetness look, which I adore. I didn’t want to go too extreme with the colours, becouse otherwise I can easily turn into walking lollipop. The secret is to combine them with shades of nude, sand, white and light gray, this way the romantic springy look can be shown perfectly!
