As the temperature decreases way below the zero (unfortunately it’s happen too many times recently), My lack of energy has been increased. Hiding behind layers and layers of clothing in order to stay warm, make me want to stay in bed all day.

Cooler days ahead

I can’t believe that I wore this jumper just a week ago. From sunny and warm days, it’s become gloomy and chilly in such a short period. Unfortunately now it’s too cold to wear this amazing jumper from Club Monaco, unless I am adding a jacket.

Coats, coats coats…

I arrived to London in a perfect timing for me (less for my husband): boxing day sales! My latest obsession is coats, so I end up buying two amazing coats from French Connection in half price. I know shopping during the sales can be dangerous for me, as I tempted to buy almost every single piece I find. This winter I’ve tried to avoid unnecessary purchases, which means buying only items that I really needs. Since the winter in Toronto is long and harsh, I find good excuse to buy coats (more then I really need…)

In the first day in my favourite city, I wore a new coat from Club Monaco (was bought it in the boxing day in Canada). I love the white colour with the little black details. I choose to wear a casual and comfy outfit which suitable for  a long walk in Oxford street. The coat gives the look an elegant and sophisticated touch while the wine red hat gives my look a bit of an edge and I love the colour boost.

Sneakers and mini dress

Recently I barely find the right time to write. So the best time for me is between my little baby’s nap. With one hand I am supporting his body and the second hand is writing…The obsession to fashion doesn’t give me a rest

I love being outdoors, I like taking a long walk in the city, and my Puma’s colourful sneakers are a perfect match for that. Recently sneakers become a fashionable  item and can be worn in many different ways. I decided to pull of those sneakers with a white lace mini dress, in order to achieve a contrast to the sporty shoes, otherwise I will look like I am on my way to the gym. The feminine evening dress looks completely appropriate for a day tour in the city, when it’s pair with sneakers and knit cardigan. I wasn’t sure whatever the whole combination will workout together, it’s was a great experience for me and I think I like it… 🙂 Have a great weekend!

Asymmetrical skort

Asymmetric skirts are the biggest trend this season, especially the skort (kind of combination between skirt and shorts) which become a must have piece. I saw so many fashion bloggers wearing the skort and obviously I couldn’t stay indifferent, I had to get my hand on this piece too…so here is my new skort from Zara.

I love the modern origami details which can be worn in many ways. it easy to dress it up or down, all dependent on your style. I choose to wear it with a light, girly blouse and pointy flat shoes. The shoes balance my outfit by keeping it from looking too sweet and the asymmetrical skort provide the modern twist. I gave the look boost of energy by adding my new orange bag from Michael Kors. This outfit is not overdressed, it’s comfortable enough and perfect for a relax weekend with my family in the city.

Just another rainy day

There is nothing like a relax weekend with my family in a big modern city:Dusseldorf. The only thing missing was the sun.The rain was falling nonstop, but it didn’t  interfere my culinary experience: Mongo’s, a great Mongolian barbecue buffet and Wonton, my favourite espresso bar in Germany (actually not only in Germany… in Luxembourg too).

I decided to wear something comfortable that will allow me to walk down the streets without ruining my clothes (ok… so my suede booties was the only item that was in danger to lose his attractiveness and become a neglected pair, but luckly it’s survive). I love wearing relaxed boyfriend jeans with a feminine piece like heels or  classy blazer. It’s create a stylish and cozy look at the same time. I recently purchased this tribal print scarf  from Zara, to add more interest to the entire look and also to hide my growing belly… 🙁  Have a great weekend!

Black, white and yellow

As you saw in my previous post, I really love the use of black and white together. Now I am ready to take the second step: adding contrast bright colour- Yellow. Beside my love to this cheerful energetic colour, this contrasts makes things more interesting. I think that by mixing together monochromatic with brights brings out fun but powerful statement.  This animal pattern scarf in yellow from Zara (they have such a great selection of colourful scarves) gives the classy look a refreshing boost. It has immediately positive affect on my mood. I guess this is the reason why I keep on smiling in these pictures (ok, maybe it’s also because I was on my way to a weekend trip in Dusseldorf ,Germany…)

Back to black

I always tend to choose colourful clothing piece and combine between colours and prints. In this look I decided to return to the classy black dress, Not only because It a safe chioce for a pregnant women like me, but also because it’s adding a touch of elegance and femininity to any appearance. This dress which I bought in Mango, embellished with a gold chains on the shoulders. The touch of gold and neutral colours accessories (bag and heels) completed the outfit and created a fresh but sophisticated look.

Last week I bought this Michael Kors bag in the designer outlet in Roemond, Netherlands. The price was really great (150 Euro) and I was completely happy with my new purchase. My husband found great deals in Hugo Boss and I volunteered to hold his bags. It is so exciting to feel like a rich woman for one day 🙂
