Must have pieces for Spring Summer 2016

Slowly, but surely, Spring is coming back to life. Here in Toronto, we still need to deal with the cold temperatures, but soon the first sign of Spring will appear, which means that this is the perfect time to refresh our wardrobe with springy pieces that will not only put a smile on our faces, but will also add some colours in our closet.

For me Spring means a fresh start, so this is the perfect timing to go on a shopping spree and to indulge myself with some new and trendy pieces.

One of the biggest trend this season, that seen in fashion weeks is the sporty chic look, with an influences taking from the 90s, as the minimal detailing, but with the luxurious effect.

I totally love the idea that this season is more about comfort and relaxed looks, but without compromising on the stylish details. Recently I have been dealing with a busy schedule, but a fashionista like me don’t give up shopping. The best solution for me is an online shopping after the kids goes to sleep. In one of these peaceful night, I found a new online boutique called Gilmar Lab who curries quality clothing from four brands (like a 4 mini stores under one website)with the perfect combination of luxury fashion and high quality sportswear. Exactly what I am looking for….

My must have pieces from Iceberg shop online:

Denim Shirt:

Denim shirt is totally must have piece this spring, it is so easy to style and the multi coloured appliqué details just make it unexpectedly cool. You can pair it with a jeans for a double denim look, that gives that 90s cool effect, or with a belt and a pencil skirt for a more polished look.

Colourful printed skirt:

Mini  cotton skirt in a bold colours is just what you need for spring, it’s adding this sporty edge touch, with a minimal efforts. To balance the multi coloured logo, I Would  have pair it with a white sneakers and a solid colour T shirt.

white shirt dress:

This cotton blend white mini-dress is the freshened up for the season. it’s lightweight and effortless, and the most important , it’s versatile, so this dress can take you from day tonight, just with the right accessories.

Bomber Jacket:

lately I become so obsessed with embellished bomber jacket, that has been seen a lot in street style. I simply adore the sporty silhouette and the statement colours with the unique detailing. I am not considering myself as a pink lover girl, but this jacket is perfect way to add some sweet colour, without being overly girly. For an edgy meets femininity look, you can wear it over a fitted top and pleated midi skirt, as I wore it in Toronto Fashion Week. It’s had such a funky vibe!
